Background & Goals
Jambon District, Ponorogo Regency, wanted to share service information with the community via Instagram. The challenge: procedures and service mottos were typically only available as lengthy text at the office, leaving residents unaware of their rights and obligations. Clear visualization was needed to make this important information easily accessible and understandable. The goal was to provide transparent, easily understood district service information through social media.
