The problem

Triasa Utama manages deliveries with drivers who rotate frequently, making it impractical to issue every driver a permanent account. Meanwhile, clients kept calling the admin just to ask where their shipment was, and proof-of-delivery photos were often incomplete because there was no clear documentation standard.

What Flaat Studio built

Flaat built a delivery tracking system from scratch, covering three sides: an admin dashboard to create and monitor shipments, a driver mobile app that activates with a one-time code instead of requiring account registration, and a public tracking page where clients just enter their tracking number without logging in. Admins can also define which proof photos are required for each type of shipment.

Why it fits logistics companies

Since drivers rotate often and are not always permanent staff, the system is built for fast activation without a complicated sign-up process. Sensitive data like ID cards, driver licenses, and exact coordinates stay secure and visible only to admins, while clients still get the information they need.

Results

Clients can check delivery status themselves without calling the admin. Admins have full control over documentation requirements per shipment, making proof-of-delivery more consistent and easier to trace when issues come up.

Scope of work

Flaat delivered a complete, ready-to-use system: an admin dashboard for creating and monitoring shipments, a driver mobile app for activation and progress updates, a public tracking page for clients, and technical documentation for the internal team to continue development. Every part connects through one system, so admins, drivers, and clients always see the same up-to-date data. Need a similar system for your logistics operations?
