Project Overview
Flaat Studio built a land listing website for Leoraland, an investment platform focusing on land availability in Eastern Indonesia. The site is designed to let potential buyers explore available land parcels with specific details easily.
Challenge & Background
Leoraland needed a digital showcase to display its land inventory so investors could discover it more easily. The main focus was presenting complete information — photos, videos, area size, and pricing — which are deciding factors before investors make further contact.
Flaat Studio's Role
Flaat Studio handled the full implementation, including visual customization, brand color adjustments, content editing, and launch. We also developed custom components to display the land listings dynamically and in a structured manner.
Design Approach & User Experience
The interface was designed to be user-friendly for all ages, with a color palette aligned with Leoraland's visual identity. The booking flow was intentionally directed toward direct communication outside the website to create a human touch and facilitate technical discussions.
Technology Solutions Implemented
We chose a platform that simplifies content production and maintenance for the internal team. Flexible layouts allow visual adjustments without repetitive code development, enabling quick content updates.
Challenges & How We Overcame Them
Difficulties applying brand colors to the default theme were resolved by creating a custom palette for visual consistency. High-quality images were optimized using smart compression formats to keep the site lightweight and fast, even when displaying detailed visuals.
Results & Learnings
The website successfully attracted relevant traffic for the land investment niche, with meaningful interactions from serious potential investors. The key to success: a digital platform designed with a personal approach that connects specific land offerings with the right investors, even for a market with limited geographic scope.
